B.S. Architecture

The gazebo created for this project has a program which requires that all of its pieces be able to fit in the back of a Ford-F150. The reason for this requirement is that it is meant to be taken up to a north woods site in one truckload, and be put together by two people. In addition to fitting this requirement, it also fits seven criteria for ‘better’ architecture. These includes being ‘green’, efficient, economical, portable, long-lasting,functional, and beautiful. The materials, as well as the efficient design of the gazebo, helps to achieve these criteria.
