Concrete Mass Model
Foam core board and concrete model

B.S. Architecture
This model explores the circulation pattern of a student at MCAD using spatial mass. Foam cut forms were used to mold the concrete shape and give it meaning. This forming process acts much like the interaction between programmatic elements in an institution, where the liquid concrete is flowing and being guided, directed by the initial conceptual design and framework. We do not always see the framework of program that creates architecture, but it is essential for the design process and the final architectural product. Program can be interpreted as this framework that is often invisible but the modifying reason why the form exists.
