Follies in the Arboretum

This was a project done at the University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. We were asked to pick a site that we found interesting and than design a small structure that would interact with the arboretum. I picked a site along the three mile drive where I felt something was needed for people to enjoy. The unique thing about my site was the many different views from the site. My design thus consisted of a series of six “follies” that each highlighted a different view that also linked back to the other ones.
