Imagine a city that provides all the needs of its residents within three city blocks. A place where a person can learn, work, eat and play. Here it is, a building where the center is an open park filled with changing activities; from concerts to farmer’s markets, from tailgating to exercising. This building also contains a school of ecology and a museum space on an adaptable second floor. With a changeable ground plan and an adaptable roof these programs and more can become a reality and enrich the lives of the city’s residents.
